St. Pio of Pietrelcina Parish relies on dedicated staff to help keep our parish community informed, connected, and supported. The parish’s communications and administrative work helps ensure that information about Masses, ministries, events, programs, and parish activities reaches our parishioners clearly and effectively.
Parish Secretary
The Parish Secretary serves as an important point of contact for the parish, helping with the day-to-day administrative needs of the parish community. The position helps parishioners obtain information, communicate with the parish, and connect with the appropriate clergy, staff member, or ministry.
Media Coordinator
The Media Coordinator focuses on the parish’s digital communications and media presence. This includes maintaining the parish website, managing social media and digital announcements, producing photo and video content, and supporting livestreaming and other media needs. The position helps share the life of the parish with both parishioners and the wider community.
Together, these roles help St. Pio of Pietrelcina Parish remain welcoming, informed, and connected, supporting communication across our three churches and helping parishioners stay involved in the life of our parish.
