Bible Camp 2023

Our kids had a Stellar time at Camp this year. They learned how to Shine Jesus’ light in the dark times of life and the good times too. Shining Jesus’ light helps us to be Kind, Compassionate, and Generous to all.
It was an out-of-this-world adventure as we blasted off into the heavens and wondered at the beauty of the stars and planets that God created in The Beginning.
We listened to bible stories about Jesus’ life, sang, danced, conducted scientific experiments, played games, and built crafts. It was light years of faith-filled fun to shine Jesus’ light on our world.
Our Special Guest Astronomer, Dr. Elliot Horch
from Southern Connecticut State University, explained how we can see the stars, planets, and galaxies through the Hubble and Webb space telescopes. He showed us pictures of stars and planets that are thousands of light-years away from us.  It was stunning how clear and beautiful God’s Creation can be seen through telescopes.

Bible Camp 2022

God is Awesome!

Our kids had a Blast celebrating God’s Greatness at Monumental, a fun-filled week of great snacks, games, crafts, stories, singing and dancing.

We heard the Story of Joseph and his brothers which taught us about forgiveness.  We also learned that God Loves us no matter what and He is always with us through the Good and the Bad.

The children were quite impressed with Neil Prete appearing as Mr. Neato the Magician.

Just how did he pull that rabbit out of that little, tiny box!!?  The kids just loved singing Alleluia and Over the Rainbow with Marie Celso our Music Director at St. Bernadette’s. Capatorto’s Pizza was a big hit as usual at our Greatness Celebration, We had dessert first!                                God is Good!…All the Time!

We Climbed aboard for mountains of fun at Rocky Railway!  On this faith-filled adventure, kids discovered that trusting Jesus pulls them through life’s ups and downs.  We had a blast at the Shoreline Trolley Museum! Deacon Wayne Sandford was our Conductor and did a superb Tour. Neal Prete our Magician was Great! He made us laugh and laugh some more! He showed us the coolest Tricks!

Cappatortos Pizza was delicious and a big hit at our power party!

Bible Camp 2019

We had a fabulous adventure through the Grasslands and Savannas of Africa, exploring the Wonderous Creation that God gave us.  We even had a visit from Moses and Pharaoh Rames. We learned all about the Exodus from slavery in Egypt! God is Good and saves His People!
